Ivana Nasteska is a journalist graduated from the state Faculty of Law in Skopje and has been actively working since 2009. She worked in several domestic printed news publications such as “Forum”, “Dnevnik”, “Nezavisen Vesnik”.
During her career, she also worked at the “Makfax” news agency, the “Telegraph” portals, “360 degrees”, the “PINA” analysis and research platform, as well as the “Vidi Vaka” digital media. At the beginning of her working career, she reported on the happenings in the field of culture, and later she continued her career by following civil and political topics. She has completed several journalistic trainings such as “Young journalists network”, “Alfred Friendly Press Partners”, as well as the training of the German organization for investigative journalism “CiFAR” in Berlin. In 2020, Nasteska received the “Messenger of the Invisible” award for the best multimedia story published on “See This”. Since 2021, she has been part of the Investigative Reporter Lab Macedonia team.
