Jugoslava Dukovska is a journalist and civil activist. She graduated from the Interdisciplinary Studies in Journalism in Skopje in 1989. Her professional beginnings are in the Macedonian Television as a student, in the ’90s she worked in “Nova Macedonia“, “Macedonia today“, the weekly “Denes“, “Aktuel“, and then in the agency “META“, and “Sloboden Pechat“.

At the beginning of her career, she was focused on domestic political topics, and later devoted herself to research and writing about ecology, especially about the connection of politics with the threat to the healthy environment and natural rarities. As a mountaineer and nature lover, she is actively involved in several initiatives to protect the environment in the country.
