Women journalists in the past few years have been more pro-active on the issues that they are facing. Through initiatives like the Program for women journalists in PINA, women in media are organising themselves and raising the voice for the problems in the media sphere that target women media workers. Raising the solidarity among women journalists and media workers is key to a stronger community between women in media.
